1. Introduction

General terms and conditions

What this information covers:
These terms and conditions apply when you reserve a room with us, located in the UK, using one of our digital channels, such as our website, mobile site or app. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.
We reserve the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at any time and you should check them prior to making each booking. The terms and conditions that apply to your reservation will be those in place on the date you make your booking.

2. Booking and Reservations
To reserve your room please follow the instructions on the website, mobile site or app. You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. You will need to provide your credit card or debit card details to secure your reservation. Please check all your information and details are correct before securing your reservation. We will confirm your reservation with an email to the address provided.

• Reservations: Same day reservations are not permitted.

• Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from the apartment hotel.

• Payment: Full payment for the stay is due prior to check-in unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card.

Room prices are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your reservation.
Room only, breakfast not included. Meals and extras are not included in the room price.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 4pm on the day of arrival.

• Check-Out Time: Check-out is required by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

• Check in is available Wednesday-Sunday. Please see a duty manager to check in.

• If you require a highchair or cot please see a duty manager.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation per room.

• No-Show Policy: If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount may be charged.

5. Occupancy and Use of Premises

• Occupancy Limits: Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.

• Those under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay overnight unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request a valid form of photographic proof of identification and age.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 11pm to 7am. Guests are expected to respect the comfort and peace of other guests during this time.

• Non-Smoking Policy: All apartments are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of £100 will be charged for any violations of this policy.

• Non Vaping Policy: All apartments are non vaping, this is in accordance with all our other venues.

• Pets: You must not bring any pets onto the premises.

6. Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided should the stay be longer than two days. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee.

• Maintenance Issues: Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately via the Machine hotel app.

7. Security and Personal Property

• Valuables: The apartment hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Security: Guests are responsible for securing their apartments and safeguarding their belongings.

• Emergency equipment: You must not tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment.

8. Damage and Liability

• Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any damage to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's account.

• Injury and Accidents: The apartment hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during the guest's stay, except in cases of proven negligence by the apartment hotel.

9. Conduct and Behavior

• Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests or staff is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

• Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

• If you or your group cause damage to the hotel, other guests or their property or otherwise breach any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with immediate effect, cancel key cards, restrict access to the hotel, retain all sums paid by you and refuse future reservations.

10. Additional Fees

Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be added to the total amount due.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Guest Information: The apartment hotel respects the privacy of its guests. Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of the guest’s stay and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Force Majeure
Unforeseen Circumstances: The apartment hotel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United
Kingdom.

14. Amendments - Version 1
Changes to Terms: The apartment hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests and will take effect immediately upon posting.
